Ferrari FF by Wheelsandmore (2013)

The new Ferrari FF has received a tuning kit from Wheelsandmore that includes two stages of power upgrade and new wheels: 21 inch on the front and 22 inch on the back. More details in the specification sheet below.

 The first stage boosts the power from 660 HP to 684 HP and costs 3 782 EUR. The second stage boosts the power from 660 HP to 700 HP and costs 9 244 EUR. Thanks to the power upgrade, the car will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3,7 seconds (time needed by the standard model) and will reach a top speed of more than 335 km/h (top speed of the standard model).

McLaren MP4-12C Spider Terso (2013)

The latest McLaren MP4-12C Spyder has received a tuning package from FAB Design, under the name of Terso. The power has been increased from 616 HP to 680 HP, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 343 km/h.  Beside the power upgrade, the new McLaren MP4-12 C Spyder has received a new body kit, a new spoiler and 20 inch Evolution forged wheels. If you want one, hurry up, because there will be only 10 cars available.

Brabus 800 Widestar (2013)

800 Widestar is the result of Brabus’ latest work on the 2013 Mercedes –Benz G65 AMG. The car has a maximum torque of 1420 Nm, but it is electronically limited to 1100 Nm. The top speed of 270 km/h is also electronically limited to 250 km/h. More details can be found in the data sheet below.

 The G-Class Mercedes has also received a wide body kit and 23 inch wheels that can be seen in the pictures. Another option to the package is the electrically-adjustable ride control suspension.

Opel Zafira Tourer BiTurbo (2013)

The third generation  Zafira Tourer has been equipped with the most powerful engine so far: the 2.0 l biturbo, that develops 195 HP and 400 Nm of torque. The rest of specification can be found in the data sheet below.

 The new Opel Zafira Tourer BiTurbo can be ordered at a starting price of 35 405 EUR and it will be delivered starting with April.

Porsche Cayman S (2014)

This is the third generation Porsche Cayman S, that was presented at the Los Angeles Auto Show, last year, along with it’s brother, Porsche Cayman. The new Porsche has been completely reengineered and got a new six-cylinder flat engine, delivering 325 HP. The specification sheet can be found below.

 The non-S version of the Cayman has a 2,7 l, six-cylinder engine, that delivers 275 HP, allowing it to  accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5,7 seconds (with the optional PDK gearbox in 5,6 seconds), before reaching a top speed of 266 km/h. It has a fuel consumption of 8,2 l/100 km, with the manual transmission, and 7,7 l/100 km with the automatic gearbox.

Porsche Cayman S has also an optional automatic gearbox and a Sport Chrono package, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,7 seconds. With the optional PDK gearbox, the fuel consumption is 8,0 l/100 km.

Jaguar XFR-S (2013)

This is the fastest and most powerful car that emerged from Jaguar’s factory: the XFR-S. It was presented last year at the LA Auto Show. It needs 4,6 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h, before reaching the electronically limited top speed of 300 km/h. Other information can be found in the specification sheet below.

 The price for the new Jaguar XFR-S will be 99 000 USD for the US market (only 100 units will be available) and 79 995 pounds for the UK market.

Seat Ibiza Cupra (2013)

Volkswagen has presented the lineup of engines for the new Golf Mk VII, with the destination UK. The petrol engines are a 1.2 l TSI with 83 HP, returning 57,6 mpg and 113 g/km of CO₂  a 1.2 l TSI with 103 HP, returning 57,6 mpg and 114 g/km of CO₂ a 1.4 l TSI with 120 HP, returning 54,3 mpg and 120 g/km of CO₂ and a 1.4 l TSI with 138 HP, with a consumption of 60,1 mpg and 109 g/km CO2 emissions. The diesel engines are a 1.6 l TDI with 103 HP, returning 74,3 mpg and 99 g/km CO₂ and a 2.0 l TDI with 148 HP, with a consumption of 68,9 mpg and 106 g/km emissions of CO₂.

Volkswagen Golf Mk VII 2013 UK version

 The prices for the new VW Golf Mk VII start from £16,285, for the entry-level S 1.2-litre 83 HP and can reach £24,880 for the current range-topper: the GT 2.0-litre TDI 148 HP with six-speed DSG gearbox.

Aston Martin Rapide S (2014)

Aston Martin has unveiled the new updated Rapide S 2014. It’s more powerful, faster and more fuel efficient than it’s predecessor, but don’t worry it still has the Aston Martin looks with which we all are used to. More information can be found in the specification sheet below.

Hennessey Venom GT - the fastest production car

It’s official: Hennessey Venom GT is the fastest production car from 0 to 300 km/h.  The time needed to reach 300 km/h was the average of two runs, respectively 13,63 seconds. The first run was made in 13.18 seconds, while the second run was completed in 14.08 seconds. More details about the car can be found in the data sheet below.

 If what you have seen is awesome, you have to know that the price of the Venom GT is awesome as well. You will have to pay 1.2 million dollars for this ride, but hurry up, there will be only 29 cars made and one third of them is already sold.

The engineers from Hennessey are working on a new Venom GT2, that will have a more powerful engine (1500 HP) connected to a 7 speed paddle shift transmission or the usual 6 speed manual Ricardo gearbox. We’ll have to wait for the results.

Mercedes Benz SLS AMG MC700 (2013)

Another tuning package for Mercedes SLS AMG was created by the Germans from McChip. By installing a new exhaust system, sports catalytic converters and by performing engine software modifications, they increased the power and the torque of the car. More details in the data sheet below.

 Normally, the car needs 3,6 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h and can reach a maximum speed of 340 km/h, having a consumption of 13,8 l/100 km. With the tuning package the time needed to reach 100 km/h should be less, the maximum speed should be higher and the consumption should be bigger.

The power upgrade costs 78,999 EUR. 

McLaren MP4-12C GT3 (2013)

McLaren has introduced the updated MP4-12C GT3 to the Grand Touring a little later this year. “The 2013-specification 12C GT3 features a number of changes, all of which are available as a package to existing car owners, and which are designed to offer enhanced drivability, reliability and efficiency, coupled with reduced complexity. The changes include a revised aerodynamics package, an upgraded ECU with a revised electrical system and alternative dampers.”

Audi SQ5 (2014)

This is a new version of the Audi SQ5, with a gasoline engine and it was presented at Detroit Auto Show. More details can be found in the data sheet below.

BMW M6 GranCoupe (2013)

BMW has unveiled at NAIAS 2013 the brand new M6 GranCoupe. More details about the car in the data sheet below.

 The electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h can be updated to 305 km/h through the M Driver’s Package. The new M6 GranCoupe will be found in the European dealerships from May at a starting price of 128 800 EUR (including 19% VAT).

 They say the new Bentley can achieve outstanding levels of fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions and can travel over 800 km on a single tank of fuel. We’ll see about that.

Audi RS7 Sportback (2014)

The new RS7 Sportback was introduced by Audi at the North American International Auto Show. More details about the main competitor for BMW’s M6 GranCoupe can be found in the data sheet below.

The electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h can be updated to 280 km/h through the Dynamic Package or further to 305 km/h through the Dynamic Plus Package.

Mercedes-Benz CLA Class (2014)

There is also another petrol engine (1,6 l), the CLA 180, capable of generating 122 hp and 200 Nm and a diesel engine (2,2 l), the CLA 220 CDI, delivering 170 hp and 350 Nm. It will be available for order from March 2013.

Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray (2014)

Finally, the details regarding the new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray have been released at Detroit Auto Show 2013. You can find more information in the data sheet below:

You will be able to buy the new Corvette in the third quarter of 2013. There is also an optional package (Z51) that includes an electric limited-slip differential, a dry-sump oiling system, an improved differential/transmission cooling system and a body kit.

The new Lamborghini Aventador Roadster will be on sale next summer and the price will start from 300 000 EUR (no taxex) - for the European market. For the U.S. market, the price will start from 441 600 USD plus 3,700 US gas-guzzler tax.

This is the new Maserati Quattroporte. All the information regarding the standard model can be found in the data sheet below.

 There is also a more powerfull engine ( a 3,8 liter V8 twin turbo) that can produce 523 hp and 710 Nm.  From zero to 100 km/h, the V8 Quattroporte accelerates in 4,7 second, reaching a top speed of 307 km/h. The power is transmitted through an eight-speed automatic gearbox. If the V6 has AWD, the V8 will be sold only with RWD.

There is also a S-Model of the CLS 63 AMG, with 585 hp and up to 800 Nm of torque. This one needs only 3.5 second to reach 100 km/h and has a consumption of 10,4 – 10,6 liters per 100 km.
